Overflow of Zawgyi river occurred flood in Zawgyi Ward and Ottar Ward, Yatsauk tsp, in Southern Shan State, on 8 August. The households in the Wards urgently need to be evacuated.

Red Cross Volunteers from Southern Shan State Red Cross Supervisory Committee and Yatsauk Red Cross branch reached to the wards and helped the people evacuation and provided the relief items for their emergencies.

Total of (100) mosquito nets, (100) Hygine Parcels, (100) Dignity Kits and (3) Nylon rolls were distributed to the affected people.
