Family could be restored now!!

Focal Person of Restoring Family Links from Yat Saut Township Red Cross Branch, Daw Cho Theint Theint Aung and Daw Khaine Thander Htun travelled to Nant Ku Village, Inn Daw village tract passing through rough desert road which is over hundred miles far apart, with the sole purpose of handing out Red Cross Notice message .

The village is where Palaung ethnics groups are residing who use only the native language. It has been four years that the mother Daw Khan Aein (renamed) is parted from her son Naung Mon (renamed). The mother has now received the news of her son thanks to Red Cross letter from Restoring Family Links Department, Myanmar Red Cross Society. Messages from the family have also been relayed to the son through MRCS.

Daw Khan Aein has now with new energy to pass her coming days while showing sincere thanks to Red Cross Volunteers who have come to such a remote area and revealing enormous joy for receiving the news of her son. She said “Thank you Red Cross”.
