Red Cross Volunteers led by Daw Nan Hlaing Hlaing Htwe distributed the pamphlets with prevention tips to reduce the risk of COVID-19 and educated the community near the compound of Htan San Shwe Dagon Pagoda and Htan San Cave in Hopong township, southern Shan State, on 1 March 2020.
